About this experience
Perched on the foggy hillsides of Da Lat, our garden studio invites you to slow down, breathe fresh mountain air, and explore the enchanting world of watercolor painting. Inspired by the highlands' vibrant flora, this beginner-friendly session is designed as a peaceful, meditative creative escape. Guided step-by-step by an accomplished watercolorist, you will discover the unique properties of heavy cotton paper, master water-to-pigment ratios, and practice wet-on-wet bleeds and dry-brush detailing. We will study freshly picked blossoms—from moody blue hydrangeas to sunny mimosa—translating their delicate petals into flowing, expressive brushstrokes. Enjoy warm artichoke tea and homemade pastries as your painting comes alive. At the end of class, your finished A4 botanical piece will be mounted in a handcrafted wooden frame, ready to hang in your home or gift to someone special.
